This is a song that I found by chancing on the page of his greatness, Jay Electronica. His career thus far has been confusing however, with years of silence from him with a returned response of doubt and skepticism from his fans. His album, Act II: The Patents of Nobility, has seen continual push backs in the shadow of his silence.
Throughout these four years since Jay Elect became a member of Roc Nation, there have been several random releases that have surfaced on the web. Better In Tune With The Infinite is one of these songs. Although his part in the song in unfortunately short, the soul within it is remarkable. His guest vocalist LaTonya Givens adds the icing on the cake.
There is no knowing if Jay will actually ever release Act II, although this year he did promise that it was coming. Just as he has said years before. Anyway, in spite of our lack of knowledge, just enjoy this wonderful song.
